Why Self-Healing Is More Effective

As many of you know, I was a seriously ill patient who had no medical knowledge a decade ago. I have figured out the cure for all my illnesses. At the same time of searching for the cure, I found out that it is much more efficient and effective to heal illnesses through everyday activities.

  • Only the body can heal itself. All others, such as supplements, herbs, exercise, and medications, are just the tools to trick or stimulate the body into healing itself.
  • We, ourselves, know our body the most. We can feel the pain and suffering and know the details of our illnesses. But for medical professionals, they may never understand the pain and suffer we have. The most obvious example is chronic fatigue syndrome. People with CFS are suffering so much that it is hard for them to perform many basic functions. Some of them just lie in bed most of the time. But medical communities could not find anything wrong with their bodies and just thought that these people had psychological problems. Doctors need to figure out what problems we have first. They may never figure out the key problems or problem areas in our body that affect other parts and the whole body.
  • We have access to our body every moment to aid its healing. When the body has pain signals, it tells us where we have problems. We can pinpoint the area by ourselves right away. It is also the best time to help the body to cure, because the body is working on the problem as well as letting us know there is a problem by creating the pain sensation.
  • It is our everyday activities that affect our health, good or bad. Figure out what actions help the body and which ones do not or even harm it. Then adjust our daily activities to aid the healing. Many healings can be totally accomplished by just repeating simple actions a few times a day.
  • Healing through diet and other daily activities has no serious side effects as supplements, herbs, medications, and surgeries have. Those commercial products and practices can potentially harm the body in the long run or with long-term use. Take yoga as an example, some forms of yoga may relieve symptoms but waste the body’s energy and resources for future recovery. Many Western exercises are harmful to the body and are not suitable for most serious ill patients. The pacing therapies for CFS patients make patients gradually increase their exercise intensity or movements, use the energy the body just starts to build, and may lead to worsening CFS or even make these patients sick in bed again.

I am NOT a conventional medical professional and have no knowledge of the medicine. I have figured out the cure for all my illnesses through simple everyday actions. To help others, I developed a complete healing system. My ultimate goal is to help millions of lives on earth to improve their health and transform their life through their everyday activities. Hope my blog, website, Facebook community, and public speaking as well as my readers, followers, and clients altogether can help accomplish the goal.
