Weight loss programs make us gain even more weight in the long run

If you look at the numbers, Americans spend over $60 billion annually to try to lose pounds. It is great for the people selling weight loss products. The problem is this: “Is this money making us slimmer and healthier?” The answer is no.

As all of you know, right now, weight management is more important than ever as three-quarters of all Americans have weight problems. Being overweight is the single largest health problem in the USA, and it is the most obese nation on earth. Much of this epidemic is due to popular diets in the US that guarantee weight loss and permanent solutions. They simply do not work but make the problem worse.

USA has the most diet programs out there: vegetarian diet, vegan diet, fruit diet; High protein, high fiber diet, low-carb, low fat, low calorie diet, gluten-free diet; raw food diet, cooked diet; doctors’ diet, caveman’s diet; fast diet, slow diet; south diet, north diet. The list goes on and on.

These weight loss programs are everywhere with so many options to choose from. You may have tried many of them, but your weight problem keeps returning. Those diet programs direct you to every which way and none of them provide permanent or even temporary solutions.

Those diet programs aggravate weight problems. Many of you may think that if you eat right and keep active, you will be in a decent shape. But it is not that simple. Cutting calorie intake and exercising more to burn extra calories may help you lose weight in the short term but have the opposite effect in the long run. That is why people on diet programs are constantly struggling with their weight problems. They typically gain more weight after finishing a weight loss program. Despite many people showing beautiful figures off on social media after dieting, few of them will keep their beautiful figures. Despite all those diet programs claiming that they can help you lose weight and lose weight fast, none of them work in the long term.

Additionally, these programs can cause long-term health problems. That is one of the reasons why more and more Americans have chronic illnesses in addition to weight problems. These programs often have a yo-yo effect of going from being overweight to being underweight and damage your already weakened body. That is right, those diets and weight loss programs are capable of harming your body.

Therefore, these weight loss programs do not help and may make you gain more weight and cause health problems in the future. They make you go back to them again and again and keep you spending money on them. The weight loss industry is booming but you are still struggling and now have a higher risk of obesity, poor health, and diseases in the future.

You want a program that works for you and works for you permanently. None of those diets will.

You have used all the resources available to you and tried countless “solutions”. But nothing can help you reach the ideal weight and health you desperately need and desire. If you want to make a breakthrough to solve your weight problems and cure your diseases, you need to stay away from these modern diets, away from vigorous exercise and hard workouts in a gym, and away from using commercial products. You need to be in the right direction of losing weight and maintaining long-term health without having to spend money on trendy diets and wellness programs that always end unsuccessfully.

Weight Management is not only crucial for good aesthetics but is absolutely necessary for a prolonged, happy, healthy life. You want to get into better shape permanently along with optimal health.

Weight problems (both over- and under-weight) happen when the body does not function well: It cannot regulate its weight anymore. If you really want to overcome weight problems once and for all, strengthen your body so it functions as it should to regulate weight. This way, you have the potential to heal all your illnesses and achieve optimal health as well as reaching ideal weight.
