Life Energy Exercise is the qigong exercise that is safe to practice and focuses on increasing life energy and improving energy flow for healing illnesses, maintaining good health, and prolong life. Unlike other exercises that overuse and misuse the body’s resources, Life Energy Exercise strengthens your body so it has the ability to get rid of all symptoms and illnesses.

You will learn the basic movements of a set of exercises that strengthen every organ and part of the body for complete health and healing all kinds of health problems including physical, emotional, and addictive problems, such as catching cold every year, aches and pains, chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, spine misalignment, waist discomfort, inflammations, frozen shoulders, feeling cold all the time, staggered toxins from overeating, overworking, over-exhaustion, and emotional troubles, and heart, lung, kidney, liver, gallbladder, and other organ illnesses and diseases.

I taught this exercise in person to several groups before the pandemic outbreak. Depending on your health issues, I may also teach you specific exercises and daily actions for quick healing and recovering. for examples, if you are diagnosed with heart problem, it may caused by the problems in your arms, effecting the circulation and nourishement to your heart. Just treating your heart does NOT help you! You may have pain or swelling in your knees, just exercising the knees typically does not get rid of knee problems.

I transmit energy to your body to detect where is the original cause of your knee problems before recommend any exercise. The knee problems may be caused by the problems in your kidneys, spleen, pancreas, abdomen, feet, and many other places in the body as well as by the overusing of knees.
