Many fatigued want to conquer their fatigue as well as many related sicknesses. They searched online and in many other places. They are guided to all directions and few have solutions to solve their fatigue and all related problems. Here are the five common mistakes they typically make that worsen their fatigue conditions:
- Eat by nutrition. Eating by nutrition, such as taking vitamin D or other supplements, never works. The more nutrition a food has, the harder our bodies need to process it, the more resources and energy expensed from our bodies, and the worse our fatigue.
- Need more movement and exercise. Typical exercises, such as stretch, weight training, and sports, may drain our energy and worsen fatigue.
- Believe that sleep disorder or circadian rhythm in sleep is the single most common cause of most people’s lack of energy. You may take melatonin supplements for good sleep. Not only these supplements do not solve sleep problems but make the body rely on the supplements for sleep, worsen its sleep problems, and in turn worsen your fatigue. Sleep problems or abnormal circadian rhythm in sleep is not the root cause of fatigue! It is the problems within our body that cause your sleep problems and in turn fatigue problems. Others may believe that exposure to certain frequencies of light causes sleep and fatigue problems. Because of this belief, exposing less to blue and more to other lights or wear special glasses to trick your eyes are recommended. These temporary solutions wound not solve your fatigue and related problems.
- Believe that damaged, disfunctioning, shutdown or loss of hormesis or mitochondira is the cause of fatigue. The mitochondrion is an organelle found in large numbers in most cells, in which the biochemical processes of respiration and energy production occur. There are trillions of cells in our bodies. According to modern research, the energy that is supplying those trillions of cells, brain, heart, internal organs, skin, muscle, and everything in your body, is coming from mitochondria. Hormeses are transient metabolic stressors, which are energy generators in our cells. They have a big impact on our mitochondrial health. When you have fatigue, mitochondria are not pumping out energy efficiently. Then you try the medications that stimulate mitochondria to produce energy. But what are the results of these medications? You can never totally solve a problem without knowing the cause of it!!! What causes the problems with hormeses and mitochondira and in turn the fatigue?!
- Simply use food, supplement, medicine, acupuncture, or massage in an attempt to find which one works for fatigue. Fatigue is typically caused by many factors. Western medicine does not know the causes of fatigue. All these recommendations are just temporary solutions for releasing symptoms. Even though they may make you feel better or even feel better fast, they typically damage your body. There is a Chinese saying,”A fast cure of chronic illness is no cure.”
