Western Medicine and media make you think your weight can cause your knee problems because the extra weight puts too much pressure on your knees. This may sound reasonable but is just another simple minded and straight forward thinking on health problems. Both overweight and knee pain/swelling are just the symptoms of underlying health problems and may NOT always be the direct and original causes. If you have both overweight and knee symptoms, you need to figure out what causes these symptoms.
The major causes of overweight and knee pain
Depending on where on your body is overweight, the cause of it may be different:
- If your thigh area is overweight, your Liver and Gallbladder in the body’s energy system may be weakened.
- If your lower abdominal area is overweight, your Spleen (Pancreas) may be weakened.
- If your upper abdominal area is overweight, your Stomach may be weakened.
- If your chest area is overweight, your Liver, heart, and Lungs may be weakened.
- If your entire body is overweight, your Spleen (Pancreas), Kidneys, and Lungs may be weakened.
Similarly, knee problems can be caused by weakened Liver, Gallbladder, Spleen, Pancreas, Stomach, Kidneys, Bladder, or other parts of the body.
Of course, these are just some of the possibilities. Each person is different, and you need to figure out your own health conditions and then act accordingly to heal and release yourself from all symptoms. This is a key part of the Total Life Energy Plan(TLEP), a self-health and self-healing system, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), the most popular medicine in Asia as well as being used throughout the world. When TLEP and the TCM take care of one of your problems, many, if not all, of your symptoms will disappear.
Therefore, just trying to lose weight with modern diets and weight loss programs may help elevate knee problems, but it can’t get rid of your knee problems as well as weight problems, permanently.
Figure out your weaknesses in your organs and body parts, and then act accordingly in your daily activities with the right foods, physical movements, and actions. You can do this with the help from me, my book TLEP, and qualified doctors practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine.
