We all should strive to be our own healing masters.
1. Self-Care and Responsibility: Only we can take care of ourselves all the time. We alone are responsible for our well-being, a duty that demands constant attention and nurturing.
2. Self-Knowledge: Only we know ourselves the most and no one knows us better than ourselves—we understand our issues, their origins, and their impacts. Our personal history shapes our present, making us experts in our own experiences.
